Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PulsAI platform, website, and related services. By creating an account, using the service, or affirmatively accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by them and by the legal documents referenced alongside them.

PulsAI is an AI-powered market analytics platform for cryptocurrency users. The service may include AI-generated market signals, technical analysis visualizations, optional read-only exchange integrations, notification delivery, backtesting, and paper trading features.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use the service where its use is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

If you connect a third-party exchange account, you must only provide read-only API credentials. PulsAI does not request, and you must not grant, trading or withdrawal permissions for exchange API keys.

• You remain solely responsible for the security of your exchange account and API keys.
• PulsAI cannot and does not execute any transactions on your behalf.
• Connecting an exchange account does not transfer any ownership, custody, or control of funds to PulsAI.

• You must not use the service for unlawful activity or market abuse.
• You must not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or sublicense the platform without permission.
• You must not upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service.
• You remain solely responsible for any trading decisions you make after viewing information on PulsAI.

Access to some parts of PulsAI may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, taxes, renewal terms, and refund conditions will be disclosed at the point of purchase and incorporated into these terms by reference.

All code, models, signals, charts, content, trademarks, and materials made available through PulsAI are owned by or licensed to PulsAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the service does not grant ownership rights in any of these materials.

The service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. PulsAI disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

PulsAI may suspend or terminate access where required by law, where you breach these terms, or where the platform is changed or discontinued. You may stop using the service at any time. Liability, intellectual property, and governing law clauses survive termination.

These terms are governed by Applicable U.S. federal and state law. Mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot legally be excluded.
